Mission

To empower every investor to make informed decisions by investing in the right financial products aligned with their needs, effectively managing and monitoring them to achieve their goals, and accessing transparent reports to foster long-term financial wellness.


B. Business Activities Undertaken by the Research Analyst for Investors

  • Publishing research reports based on the Research Analyst’s (RA) analysis.

  • Providing independent and unbiased views on securities.

  • Offering impartial recommendations, with full disclosure of any financial interest in the recommended securities.

  • Delivering research-based suggestions using publicly available data and verified observations.

  • Conducting an annual audit.

  • Ensuring that all advertisements comply with the SEBI Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.

  • Maintaining records of all client interactions, including those with prospective clients, where research-related discussions have occurred.


C. Services Provided to Investors (No Indicative Timelines)

1. Onboarding of Clients:

  • Sharing the terms and conditions of the research services.

  • Completing KYC for fee-paying clients.

2. Disclosures to Clients:

  • Disclosing all material information necessary for the client to make an informed decision, including business details, disciplinary history, terms of service, associate details, risks, and conflicts of interest.

  • Disclosing the extent of use of Artificial Intelligence in research services.

  • Disclosing any conflict of interest in third-party research reports or providing a relevant web link to those disclosures.

  • Disclosing any conflict of interest between research services and other activities conducted by the Research Analyst.

3. Ongoing Services:

  • Distributing research reports and recommendations fairly and without discrimination.

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of research reports until publicly released.

  • Respecting client data privacy and taking steps to prevent unauthorized use of confidential information.

  • Clearly communicating service timelines and ensuring adherence.

  • Providing clients with appropriate guidance and caution when recommending complex or high-risk financial products/services.

  • Treating all clients with honesty and integrity.

  • Ensuring client information confidentiality unless disclosure is legally mandated or consent is provided.


D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

1. Filing a Complaint with the Research Analyst:
Clients may file grievances directly with the concerned Research Analyst, who is obligated to resolve the issue within 21 days of receiving the complaint.

2. Filing a Complaint on SCORES or with RAASB:

Complaint Review Process:

  • First-level review: Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB).

  • Second-level review: SEBI.

  • Email: Complaints can also be sent to RAASB’s designated email ID.

3. If Unsatisfied:
If the resolution is unsatisfactory, investors may escalate the complaint via the SMARTODR platform for conciliation or arbitration.

F. Responsibilities of Investors

Do’s

  1. Always deal with SEBI-registered Research Analysts.

  2. Ensure the Research Analyst holds a valid SEBI registration certificate.

  3. Verify SEBI registration details here:

  4. Read and understand all disclosures in research reports before investing.

  5. Make payments through official banking channels and keep signed payment receipts. Use the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) if applicable.

  6. Review research recommendations before making investment decisions.

  7. Ask relevant questions and clarify doubts with your Research Analyst.

  8. Seek clarity especially when recommendations involve complex or high-risk financial products.

  9. Know your right to discontinue services as per the agreed terms.

  10. Provide feedback on the services received.

  11. Be aware that you are not bound by any clause that contradicts regulatory norms.

  12. Report any instance where a Research Analyst promises assured or guaranteed returns.

Don’ts

  1. Do not hand over investment funds directly to the Research Analyst.

  2. Avoid falling for misleading advertisements or market rumors.

  3. Do not be influenced by time-bound discounts, gifts, or incentives.

  4. Never share your trading, demat, or bank account login credentials with any Research Analyst.

To provide an independent unbiased view on securities.
To offer unbiased recommendation, disclosing the financial interests in recommended securities.
To provide research recommendation, based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.

D. Details of grievance redressal mechanism and how to access it

In case of any grievance / complaint, an investor should approach the concerned research analyst at viveksinghlko24@gmail.com and shall ensure that the grievance is resolved within 30 days.

If the investor’s complaint is not redressed satisfactorily, one may lodge a complaint with SEBI on SEBI’s SCORES portal which is a centralized web based complaints redressal system. SEBI takes up the complaints registered via SCORES with the concerned intermediary for timely redressal. SCORES facilitates tracking the status of the complaint.

With regard to physical complaints, investors may send their complaints to: Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan. Plot No. C4-A, ‘G’ Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai – 400 051.

Ensure that the Research Analyst has a valid registration certificate.

Always pay attention towards disclosures made in the research reports before investing.
Pay your Research Analyst through banking channels only and maintain duly signed receipts mentioning the details of your payments.
Before buying securities or applying in public offer, check for the research recommendation provided by your research Analyst.
Ask all relevant questions and clear your doubts with your Research Analyst before acting on the recommendation.
Inform SEBI about Research Analyst offering assured or guaranteed returns.

Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst.
Don’t fall prey to luring advertisements or market rumours.
Do not get attracted to limited period discount or other incentive, gifts, etc. offered by Research Analyst.
Do not share login credentials and password of your trading and demat accounts with the Research Analyst.

Grievance Redressal

Grievance Redressal Methods Client’s queries / complaints may arise due to lack of understanding or a deficiency of service experienced by clients. Deficiency of service may include lack of explanation, clarifications, understanding which escalates into shortfalls in the expected delivery standards, either due to inadequacy of facilities available or through the attitude of staff towards client.
Clients can seek clarification to their query and are further entitled to make a complaint in writing.
Clients can write to the research analyst at viveksinghlko24@gmail.com. The client can expect a reply within 10 business days of approaching research analyst.
In case you are not satisfied with our response you can lodge your grievance with SEBI at https://scores.sebi.gov.in or you may also write to any of the offices of SEBI. ODR Portal could be accessed, if unsatisfied with the response. Your attention is drawn to the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, on “Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market”. A common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”) which harnesses conciliation and online arbitration for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market has been established.
